Low Season - WINTER - June, July & August EXCLUDING Public Holidays
$115 per night (FIRST 2 NIGHTS) per double share or single in a king or queen bedroom
+ $20
per night extra per person or child over 10 years occupying an extra bedroom.
Mid Season - AUTUMN - March, April, May and Sept, Oct, Nov, but EXCLUDING Public Holidays
$125 per night (FIRST 2 NIGHTS) per double share or single in a king or queen bedroom.
+ $20 per night extra per person or child over 10 years occupying an extra bedroom.
High Season - SUMMER - Dec. Jan. Feb. and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
$140 per night (FIRST 2 NIGHTS) per double or single in a king or queen bedroom.

Christmas - New Year -17 December 2010 until 16 January 2011
$160 per per night per double or single share in a king or queen bedroom.
+ $20 per night extra per person or child over 10 years occupying an extra bedroom.
Please note: No check in or out on Christmas Day.
All rates include all linen and exclusive use of an individual cottage as described in ' accommodation'.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The minimum age for guests is 10 years.
Natural
wildlife including wallabies and ground-feeding birds share our gardens
so pets are not permitted.
Bookings are essential and may be made with a credit card over
the phone or by cheque by post with a
deposit of the cost of one night's stay or one third of total cost of stay whichever is the
greater amount.
Deposits are refundable less a $30 fee if bookings are canceled
30 days prior to first night booked for
Public
Holidays or Christmas - New Year and or 14 days prior to stays at other times.
Refunds are not made to guests who fail to show or depart earlier
than booked.
Balance payments MUST BE PAID ON ARRIVAL in Australian dollars
and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard
or Bankcard. Sorry No personal cheques accepted.
Rates do not cover damage to Halcyon Retreat property and will be
billed separately to guest.
Check in time IS AFTER 2 pm on the day of arrival.
Check out time is BEFORE 10 am is prior to 10 am on day of departure.
Late checkout
until 12 noon is only permitted subject to arriving guests
and by special arrangement.
Smoking is not permitted inside buildings but ashtrays are provided
on the verandah
